You’re not alone in this.

Navigate Wellbeing is a therapeutic space for people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties, and who may be struggling to express their needs, or unsure why certain situations affect them the way they do.

You may be going through a life transition or navigating loss. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected from your feelings. You may find yourself worried about people’s availability and struggling to manage your emotional reactions.

Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to approach yourself and others differently.

Hi, I’m Inés Olivares.

Black background with beige quotation marks in the center.

I’m a BACP Accredited psychodynamic and integrative therapist.

Over the years, my work has increasingly focused on how our relationships and experiences of emotional safety can shape the way we feel about ourselves, others, and the world around us.

I aim to offer a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and emotionally safe. A space where you can explore difficult experiences openly and feel genuinely understood. Over time, therapy can help you communicate your needs more openly, approach relationships and emotions with greater clarity and confidence, and navigate them in ways that feel healthier and more fulfilling.

Witnessing that process unfold is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

Privacy

Creating a space that feels personal, confidential, and emotionally safe to explore difficult experiences openly.
